I sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday, which is evidence of acknowledgement of a special role the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine plays in the system of intelligence agencies of our country, honoring of the everyday dedicated service of many generations of intelligence officers.
Ten years have passed since the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Law "On the Service of Foreign Intelligence of Ukraine". The State highly appreciates your contribution to the fight against international organized crime, terrorism, drug trafficking, illegal trade with arms and respective technologies, proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, and illegal migration. But today, when Russia unleashed armed aggression against Ukraine, the significance of the intelligence activity increases even more.
I am sure that your professionalism, competence, constant readiness to perform the most difficult tasks, loyalty to the oath and civic duty, steadfastness in defending national interests and your courage and heroism will move our country closer to the establishment of long-awaited peace.
